Goal weight #1 almost acheived!!!! I have been eating no starches and tht has sped up the weight loss. As long as I get a balanced amount of nutrients in a day, I feel good and I don’t need to include starches in that balance!
Try ProteinStyle burgers at In-n-Out. It’s the burger wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun! I actually like it better than the normal burger, but that’s just me. :)
